The Archdiocese of Hartford is in the process of changing the Confirmation year to 8th grade by the spring of 2028. In the meantime, our classes have been adjusted to provide all students with the opportunity to receive this beautiful sacrament with open hearts.
Grade 7 Receiving Confirmation in Fall 2027
We will offer the Blaze and Ignite bible studies followed by a few Confirmation classes. Please register your student for Blaze or Ignite on the Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday session. The Confirmation classes will take place on Sundays only.
Parent Meeting: 01/20/26 at 7-8 pm
Grade 7 Students will complete all the Blaze or Ignite classes (please see this website for more details) and will then participate in the following Confirmation classes:

Grade 8 Receiving Confirmation in Spring 2027
In their preparation for Confirmation, teens are invited to experience the Holy Spirit and discover the transformative power of a relationship with Jesus Christ. We offer Alpha Youth on Sundays at 4:30-6pm.
As the primary teachers of the faith to their children, parents are also invited to take part in this transformational experience. We offer Alpha for adults free of charge at the same time as Alpha Youth. We highly encourage parents to register for Alpha and attend it alongside their children. There is no better way to help your child prepare for Confirmation than by renewing and strengthening your own relationship with God!

Grade 10 Receiving Confirmation in Spring 2026
In their second year of preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation, teens (and their parents) will continue to deepen their relationship with God by attending Mass regularly and actively participating in parish life. In addition to a Confirmation retreat and classes, we offer youth ministry and parish life activities. Parish Life provide an opportunity for teens, siblings, parents, and all parishioners to spend time with God and to serve one another through His love and grace. These activities will take place one or two times per month from October to May. Teens and parents will sign up to serve in three activities throughout the year and are strongly encouraged to attend three additional activities.
